Maintain high standards in food production, sanitation, and safety practices. Uphold the policies of the National School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program while upholding the standards of the Food and Nutrition Services Department. • High school diploma or GED preferred • Knowledge of methods, materials, equipment, and appliances used in food preparation • Demonstrate good personal work habits **The State Board for Educator Certification will require all first-time applicants for an initial credential to be fingerprinted as part of a national criminal background check. You are responsible for the cost of fingerprinting.
